Dr. Jeffrey L.
Rand is a Board Certified Dermatologist (Skin Specialist) who is
the founder and medical director of the
Tattoo Removal Center. A well
recognized Laser Tattoo Removal Expert, Dr. Rand has personally
performed over 10,000 Laser Treatments over the past 10 years.
Most of Dr.
Rand's patients come for removal; others come for lightening prior
to re-tattooing. Multiple tattoos, large tattoos, amateur tattoos
or professional tattoos; Dr. Rand has treated almost every tattoo
imaginable.
Patients travel
to seek out Dr. Rand's expertise from all over the
United States, the Caribbean,
Central and South America and Europe.
Dr. Rand
personally performs all Laser Treatments for each and every
patient. Dr. Rand never delegates any of his cases to another
